Peter Ballagh conducts the Story of Irish Food tour
- Beefsteaks and Oysters as Usual -
Dublin's Architecture, Statues and Monuments as well as the Original (Greatest Hits Tour of Dublin) tour. He is a writer most recently for the Heritage Council and the Beara-Breifne Way and has worked as a secondary school teacher and trainer for adults with intellectual disability in SOS Kilkenny with whom he co-directed the Goldfish Bowl, a short film, in 2007. Peter has worked with the EU election observation missions most recently in Pakistan, West Bank and Gaza, Nigeria.
